Want to improve your pool fitness & game speed this season but find regular swim squads a bit intimidating? Then maybe this is for you?

Dmitry's water polo swimming sessions are a similar concept to swim squad but it’s not just lap swimming. The focus will be on waterpolo swimming skills both with & without the ball, and teaching or improving the all important eggbeater kick. Everyone will receive individual feedback each week & by improving our skills we hope it will increase our performance during the games.

Sessions are running on Tuesday evenings 5.30-6.30pm at West End State School, 24 Vulture St West End.  $100 for 9 weeks - 16/4/24 until 11/6/24.

This invitation is extended primarily to Rivercity members. Prior participants & friends/siblings are also more than welcome to sign up if they're interested.

Apologies in advance - parking may be an issue at that time of day so please give yourselves plenty of time to get there on the 1st week.
