Easter Holidays 2025

Event information

Registration for this event closes at Mon 31 Mar 2025 23:45.

With the Qld State Titles now scheduled to run from 5 to 13 April 2025 this creates significant logistical issues for families/clubs planning on attending one or both of these events.

Qld State Titles is usually a key selection event for State squads. We are not sure how this will be managed in 2025 as it would be expect in older age group a number of the better players/teams will choose AYC over state titles.

AYC is the peak selection event for Australian junior squads and provides the opportunity to test yourself against many of the best players/clubs in the country. The competition this year is in Perth (note - Easter weekend is 18-2 April 2025):

  • U14 & U18 - 14 to 18 April
  • U12 & U16 - 20 to 24 April (Note: Qld schools return 22 April).

Generally, each age grouping has the option of playing in either a competitive or a development competition.

We need to know who is interested in playing this year so we can start planning for these events. - Trials may be required in some instances. Generally, you may nominate for your primary age group and/or in the age group above (eg. u16 competitive and U18 development).

Please answer the questions in your registration to provide details of your interest/availability and to give us a better undersanding of what the club needs to do to facilitate attendance. U12 teams in Perth must travel with a parent.
